The Birth Package

Service Description

Our journey together begins with 3 prenatal appointments beginning at 32-34 weeks (2 hour duration). During these individualized sessions, we will dive into educating on common hospital procedures, your birth plan, laboring techniques and much more. Each prenatal visit is tailored to your specific needs and experience. I will be on call to provide text and phone support beginning at 36 weeks. When labor begins, I will be there to walk you through various pain coping techniques; breath work, counter pressure, laboring positions. I will be your advocate at your place of birth to ensure your preferences are followed, and to help enure you are educated and informed in the case of unpredictable- which birth is full of. All birthing parents deserve the opportunity to labor alongside a doula who is there to help prepare for and provide comfort and security during their birth experience. Time for labor varies greatly and I will be present regardless of length.
